This course is designed to provide stewards along with rank-and-file members with essential knowledge, skills, and tools that they need to fulfill and understand the many duties of an IBEW Steward. Topics include but are not limited to roles and responsibilities, legal rights and obligations, understanding the contract and local union bylaws, and communicating effectively with members.
